About the Event
Yunus Foundation Italy is pleased to invite you to a Living Library event dedicated to gender equality, taking place on April 17, 2026 in Bologna.
The Living Library is a space for dialogue where people become “living books”, sharing real-life experiences and perspectives. Participants are invited to engage in open conversations, ask questions and reflect on different dimensions of gender equality.
The event will open with institutional remarks by Councillor Simona Lembi, together with partners Associazione MondoDonna Onlus, Casa delle Donne per non subire violenza e Refresh Academy soc. coop. sociale.
During the Living Library, participants will have the opportunity to meet and interact directly with living books, exploring topics such as:
daily work in anti-violence centres
experiences of exploitation and modern forms of slavery
