From concept to concrete plan
In the weeks following the kick-off, the consortium focused on turning the project concept into a detailed operational workplan and shared procedures. This included:
defining the project’s governance and coordination mechanisms
setting up the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for the Human Library events
designing the communication strategy, including the future digitalisation of Human Libraries and the development of an online platform to host stories, training materials and project results
At the same time, partners started planning the Train-the-Trainers pathway, a shared training programme for facilitators that will ensure a common approach to the Human Library methodology in all participating cities.
